We would like to welcome you to Philadelphia as we “Ring in Safety”.  This is the first time the University of Pennsylvania has hosted the conference, and the first time CSHEMA has met in Philadelphia. There is so much to do and see. You can walk to Independence National Park, or take the Philadelphia Phlash to eighteen different attractions in Center City.  As the second largest East Coast city, Philadelphia has a vibrant night life and restaurant scene second only to NYC.
