Breakfast and dinner will be held in the Heritage Center Dining Room.
Lunch will be served in the Union Building.
The early registration deadline is
April 15, 2005. A confirmation letter will be sent via standard
mail upon receipt of the completed registration form. Payment
can be made by check, MasterCard, Visa or American Express.
University Conference Services no longer accepts Purchase
Orders. Payment must be received prior to admittance to the
meeting.

Cancellation Policy
Registrants for the 39th National Organic Chemistry Symposium
who must cancel their registration must notify the Conferences
Office office in writing. No cancellations will be accepted
by telephone. You may notify us by fax (801-587-1002), by
e-mail (nos2005@guesthouse.utah.edu),
or by mail (NOS 2005, University of Utah Conference Services,
110 S. Fort Douglas Blvd., Salt Lake City, UT 84113-5036).
If cancellation notice is received by May 12, 2005 a refund
(less a $50 processing fee) will be issued; no refunds will
be issued for notices received after May 12, 2005. Upon cancellation
you will receive a letter with your cancellation number.
